Where do you ship to?
- We ship worldwide. Select from our various shipping options and input your full mailing address for accurate shipping.
When will I get my order?
- Once your order is placed, it will take 2-3 business days to process and ship your order. The estimated shipping times are found below:
- Standard Shipping 14 - 30 business days.
- Tracked USA Shipping 6 - 20 business days.
- Tracked International Shipping 6 - 28 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
- Cancellations can only be processed before the order is shipped out. Please email us ASAP so we can cancel the order before it is shipped.
I did not receive my order?
- Please email us with your order number, full name and address so we can look into it. If your package has not arrived after 60 business days, we will work with you to get either a refund or a replacement sent out.
